Hard refresh operation can be done in windows by pressing Ctrl+F5 button, where as this function can be done in Mac by pressing Apple Key+Shift+R.Refresh also can be done by pressing Apple key+R (Windows Key+R in windows)

the problem I am facing is that the F5 key used to refresh the browser windows is not workingon my keyboard or keypad on the laptop,now the F5 key has a while symbol on it used to increase the speaker volume or contrast & nothing happens related to refreshing the browser Basically, I want to remap a single action key (F5) so that it will refresh browsers and windows without the Fn key, but leave all of the other action keys as they are. The goal is to, without using Fn key, be able to refresh pages as well as adjust volume/brightness/video playback.
